But keep in mind, only the first mugshot you post each day qualifies for this reward. If you share multiple mugshots in one day, only the first will give you the chance to scratch and potentially win. This means it’s worth putting a little extra effort into that first post of the day!

The first step in this process is to scratch the virtual card provided within the app. This is a fun and interactive way to check if you have won a prize. No purchase is necessary at this stage; just a quick scratch to reveal your potential reward.

2. Voucher Addition

If you're lucky and win, a voucher worth €4 will be automatically added to your account. This voucher will be stored digitally within the app, meaning there's no need to worry about losing it. The app keeps track of your rewards, making it easy to redeem them later.

3. Using the Voucher

The next time you visit a coffee bar of your choice and take a mugshot, the app will prompt you to use your voucher. The app recognizes that you have a voucher available and gives you the option to connect it to your current order. This way, you can enjoy a discount on your favorite coffee or snack.

4. Verification Process

To ensure everything is legitimate and secure, you will need to verify your purchase when you decide to use your voucher. After selecting to use your voucher, the app will ask you to upload a valid receipt from your coffee bar visit. This receipt acts as proof of purchase. Additionally, you’ll need to provide your bank account details so that the partial refund of the €4 (if applicable) can be processed directly to your account. The process is designed to be quick and secure, protecting your information while facilitating your reward.

5. Receiving Your Refund

After you've submitted the required information, the verification process will begin. Once everything is confirmed, the refund of €4 will be deposited directly into your bank account within 30 days. This refund acts as the voucher you have won.
